Emergency & After-Hours Service: Any unscheduled repair requests that require immediate attention outside of standard business hours (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) will be subject to an Expedited Service Rate. This includes second-shift work and weekend calls. A surcharge of $35.00 per HR will be added to the standard labor rate for all hours worked during these periods.

Preventive maintenance reduces unplanned downtime, extends machine life, improves accuracy, and lowers overall repair costs.

We provide service during the 1st and 2nd shifts and on weekdays. Extra charges for 2nd shift and weekend shifts, in the range of $135 to $170.

No. All repairs are completed in-house, on-site, so your equipment stays local and downtime is minimized.

In some cases, yes. However, most repairs can be performed directly on your machine, helping to minimize setup downtime and keep production running smoothly.

We handle the legwork by identifying the necessary parts, building a complete parts list, and contacting a distributor to get an accurate quote. The customer then places the order directly, keeping the process simple and transparent.

In most cases, yes. We keep a well-stocked service van with common failure parts, allowing us to get your machine back online quickly and minimize downtime.
